First Assembly:
- date: October 2 (Saturday) 2027 from 10:00 to 12:00,
- place of assembly: in front of the Sejm in Warsaw at the Monument to the Home Army and the Polish Underground State (Wiejska Street),
- in the mode of: constitutional, constitutional, legislative assembly of rational representatives of the Polish nation. The purpose of changing the political system in Poland - transition from democracy to a rational socio-political-economic system and adoption of a rational constitution of the Republic of Poland, adoption of laws.
Second Assembly:
- date: October 9 (Saturday) 2027 from 10:00 to 12:00,
- place of assembly: in the same place,
- in the mode of: electoral and legislative assembly of rational representatives of the Polish nation. For the purpose of dismissing the President, the Government, the Parliament of the Republic of Poland, and electing members of the interim government and the President of the Republic of Poland, as well as announcing the regulations of the President of the Republic of Poland, and adopting laws.
This is a legal form of systemic change that does not require permits (but the assemblies, if there is full support, will still be reported and registered).
Art. 4. 1. The supreme power in the Republic of Poland belongs to the Nation.
2. The Nation exercises power through its representatives or directly.
Ultimatum for government figures in democracy: president, prime minister, ministers.
I give you 3 options:
1. Delegalize democracy and swear in a new: rational system/legal system and continue to function in your position within its framework.
2. Resign (you will continue to receive the equivalent of your current salary and for as long as your term of office would last).
3. I am sending the guard of the Assembly of Rational Representatives of the Polish Nation and the police to bring you to the People's Court.

The basics of a rational system (in short).
1. Prohibition of the existence of political organizations, including parties (which, in an organized manner, take care of their own interests, practically eliminate unorganized competition, and its members are subordinate to the leader)!
2. A government-social forum operates, where everyone can submit their candidacy for any position, proposal, postulate, project. And everyone can submit a motion to remove from office any politician, member of the electoral commission. Which can only be rejected in a fully comprehensively substantive manner.
The election, among others, for the president, prime minister, members of the government, parliament is made exclusively: in a personal, open, fully substantive manner by the state electoral commission consisting of independent, highly competent persons! And everyone, all the time, controls, evaluates the president, prime minister, members of the government, parliament, electoral commission! And if it turns out that someone is not achieving positive goals and in an effective way, then, after full substantive justification, they are immediately removed from their position and a person with the highest known competences is appointed in their place! So there is no temporary term, only conditional. Therefore, constructive control and selection are taking place all the time.
So who will be elected and govern is not determined by money, connections, affiliation, loyalty to the party, populism, ability to influence and exploit voters, etc., but by appropriate qualifications and positive effects of one's activity. 3. Decisions made are not determined by the outcome of the vote, emotions, populism, faith, interests of parties, castes, oligarchs, foreign interests, bribery, errors, oversights, legal imperfections, but by their overall substantive justification that this is the best known solution, and therefore its implementation is a priority (and not subordinating to organized, strong, loud pressure groups, imperfect, harmful, bad law, foreign interests, etc.! The law plays a supporting role, it should enable the achievement of positive goals, and not make it difficult or impossible!).
4. Actions must constantly and as effectively as possible lead to the achievement of positive goals, including: the environment must be less and less polluted, people must be in an increasingly better mental, psychological and physical condition, the state's finances must be in an increasingly better condition (so if there are debts, they must be effectively repaid). And for this purpose, among other things, it is based on the hierarchy of importance and on this basis the values of people (so that, among other things, individuals without constructive potential do not parasitize, do not harm, do not destroy, do not sink the state, nature, environment, valuable people who have positive potential and make a positive contribution to society, to the state. Because otherwise everyone will be in debt, poor, underdeveloped, abnormal, stupid, sick, mentally and physically disabled, unable to work, defend the homeland...!!!).
May 1: 2010-13 and in 2025 - No one came to the first assembly... May 11, 2025 - Second assembly canceled.
Support for my initiatives, including for the establishment of assemblies since 2010: - financial: 0 PLN... - technical: 0... - organizational: 0... - personnel: 0... - media support from systemic, so-called independent, so-called anti-systemic, all publicists, MPs and all others: 0...
Democracy - in practice - legitimizes, validates, secures harm, destruction, sinking...!!! Constructive behavior, achieving positive goals - in practice - is prohibited...!!! Voting has no substantive value...
The same goes for faith, emotions, the instinct of imitation, herd, etc.
As evidenced by, among others, these achievements - please type in Google: IQ is falling, people are getting dumber, secondary illiterates, people smoke more and more cigarettes, drink more and more, drugs more and more, HIV more and more, microplastics in the blood, among others. in the brain, microplastics in drinking water, microplastics in food, microplastics inhibit a key process on Earth, poor nutrition more and more people get sick, they take more and more medicines, pharmaceuticals medicines in drinking water, more and more mental disorders, more and more people with civilization diseases, more and more people with cancer, more and more sick children are born with defects, hospitals NFZ debt debts will run out billion PLN, hole deficit ZUS billion PLN, more and more infertile people, more and more global health spending trillion dollars, global debt trillion dollars, more and more garbage, Poles more and more indebted, Polish companies are going bankrupt, more and more foreign companies in Poland, Polish companies more and more debt, Poland's debt is growing, more and more Muslims in Europe, Europeans are converting to Islam, species are disappearing every day, etc., etc.
I can make another attempt in October 2027 (just before the so-called parliamentary elections), provided that at least PLN 1 million is transferred to my account! - Then I will pay the so-called media, in order to broadcast information about the situation, its causes and a constructive alternative, and the undertaking to introduce it, billboards (from a dozen or so companies where I sent an inquiry on this matter, not even 1-day responded to me...) in all large cities.
And, in the current situation, after 25 years of futile activity, I refrain from further publishing (because one can only and exclusively continue the enumeration (I have included the list above) of the destructive effects and their consequences of functioning in democracy, among others, of so-called politicians, so-called media, so-called publicists, etc., etc....
